ALL COSMETICS PRODUCTS SOLD IN MAINLAND CHINA, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER PRIOR TO IMPORT, SALES OR MARKETING. THE ONE EXCEPTION IS TO SELL INTO CHINA VIA CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE (CBEC), BUT THIS CHANNEL IS INCREASINGLY REGULATED AND HAS LIMITED SALES OPPORTUNITIES.
